Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products - No Returns

Since we sell digital products (credit coupon codes), all sales are final. Once a coupon code has been generated and delivered to you, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error.
• Code Not Working: If the coupon code does not work in the app and our support team confirms it is a system error (not a user error).
• Payment Deducted, No Code: If your payment was deducted but no coupon code was generated due to a system failure.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You entered the wrong coupon code in the app.
• You lost your coupon code by clearing browser data (see recovery option below).
• The coupon code was shared with or used by someone else.
• You purchased the wrong credit pack.

4. Lost Coupon Code Recovery

1. Your email address used during purchase
2. Payment transaction ID (from Razorpay/PayPal)
3. Approximate date and amount of purchase

Our support team will verify your identity and resend the coupon code to your email.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@ytcreatortools.com with:

• Your Order ID or payment transaction ID
• Email address used during purchase
• Reason for refund request
• Screenshots of any errors (if applicable)

6. Refund Processing

• Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
